Vertual develops software for AR/VR and XR simulation projects to support training and learning in a safe environment away from complex or expensive machinery. We are seeking to develop innovative solutions for the fashion industry to meet current and future needs.
Over the past 13 years our highly-skilled team of software developers and our commercial team have worked closely with clients and collaboration partners across the world to create products that address their needs.
Vertual specialises in VR training environments to simulate real-world equipment and processes. Our virtual applications provide training capacity and the opportunity for scenario-based learning on simulated high-value equipment. VR makes it possible to simulate making mistakes and for learners to develop skills and techniques before carrying out a process or procedure for real, providing both cost-effective training and an up-skilling platform.

- What are your aspirations and plans for the future?: To collaborate with organisations/academia/industry partners to develop and commercialise innovative virtual reality tools for training and learning, and the development of creative solutions for the fashion industry.
- What types of projects are you interested in working on through Future Fashion Factory?: We seek to expand and diversify into the fashion sector where training or skills development is required or where simulation technology can be used to: build virtual fashion shows; create 3D avatars to help with clothes design; create 3D fashion portfolios; create software for virtual try-ons for clothes, shoes and glasses. Vertual has been developing 3D environments since 2007 to simulate complex healthcare equipment and workspaces for over 150 organisations worldwide; these skills and understanding customers’ needs are transferable to many other projects, including fashion.
