I have a huge passion to learn more ways towards sustainable fashion. After working as a brand designer for a small scale sportswear brand, I have gained knowledge about the fabrics and the impacts such a task has on the environment. Hence, based on the concept of circular economies I have developed an idea for a brand which is all about getting together a similar group of people and initiating a cycle of clothing exchange among them, making the re-using process much fun. It is a small basic idea but I hope to make it better and bigger.
As a fashion student I already have access to some knowledge on the craftsmanship skills and industry trends. To conclude, I will bring in many such ideas buried in my mind and enhance them will all the techniques and innovative ideas I will be having access to in FFF.

- What are your aspirations and plans for the future?: Since my high school graduation, my end goal has always been establishing a futuristic and green haute couture brand in the creative streets of Paris. The process towards that will be through working for many- many designers who are the leaders of innovative fashion for the future. I also aspire to work in keeping alive the heritage of arts and crafts, especially from countries like India and work alongside the local artisans to understand the roots and apply it in today’s modern day bold fashion world.
- What type of experience are you hoping to gain through Future Fashion Factory?: I am looking for a work placements as part of my University provided course and gain the first step of my experience as mentioned above.
