Garmie
Garmie is a fashion rental marketplace (app). Users will be able to lend their items to other people and make a continuous income without having to constantly buy and sell. Likewise, users will be able to rent from other people’s wardrobes for a fraction of the RRP. Garmie is primarily focussed on making fashion circular and sustainable; by circulating the items we already have, people can have unlimited access to all the items and brands they love, for prices they can afford. Our mission is to minimize waste, maximize value, and make fashion wholly sustainable and accessible.
Garmie wants to transform the way we consume and create fashion, as such we would love to work with and partner with any other brands, products and designers who have similar a passion.

- What are your aspirations and plans for the future?: Garmie will be the platform that democratises fashion, giving consumers a say in the creation and curation of fashion items and circulating items we already own. We hope to make fashion more customised to the vision of consumers and produce in lower quantities to share and circulate rather than hoard and discard. We want to give a platform to the highly skilled and often under-valued creators of fashion to reach their customers directly, and facilitate unrestricted access to fashion in a sustainable way that values quality over quantity.
- What types of projects are you interested in working on through Future Fashion Factory?: We are interested in AI, design, independent brands, sustainable production of materials and garments and circular fashion.
