In my 27 year career I have worked as the following:
- Fabric technologist based in a manufacturing unit with exposure to fabric inspection, cutting room, manufacturing and assembly.
- Buyer/Product developer – developing fabric for specific end uses in terms of both aesthetics and performance.
- Producing seasonal ranges of garments in both menswear and schoolwear (specifically tailoring).

- What are your aspirations and plans for the future?: I would like to progress in the field of education inspiring the next generation of students who wish to pursue a career in the field of textiles / fashion. My passion is product development and sustainability.
