Commissioning, marketing and retail of plastic-free clothing in particular stretch clothing for sports and PPE. This includes individual items for retail through e-commerce and at major events.
I have commissioned specific materials and have sourced off-the-shelf materials with limited warp and weft stretch but this means the design of my products is key to function and I’ve therefore had to engage the services of an experienced designer.

- What are your aspirations and plans for the future?: I would like to bring novel techniques for clothing manufacture into my business and in the long term would be willing to integrate into manufacturing either textiles and/or the clothing items. In addition, whilst I’m starting with sports base layers (leggings), I will expand into tops, sports bras and into the construction industry for PPE.
- What types of projects are you interested in working on through Future Fashion Factory?: Novel material milling or raw material techniques with a view to providing material for my clothing, novel design of tight-fitting clothing to improve functionality. Low carbon manufacture and design. Low / zero waste projects. Making use of waste fabrics and clothing reuse. I am a charity trustee so would also be interested in the benefit of charities selling ‘rag’ to a UK fashion customer base i.e. cloth items that cannot be resold or easily reused for benefit of the charity sector.
