Retailer Engagement Event

5 February, 2019 @ 12:30 pm - 2:30 pm

Free

The Future Fashion Factory is a new industry-led, collaborative R&D programme linking UK-based design, manufacturing and retail. The Programme is developing advanced digital and textile technologies aimed at transforming the UK industry’s agility, and ability to shift to circular economies. Its key mission is to facilitate designing the right product for the right customer at the right time, thus significantly reducing waste across the supply chain and enabling shorter product development cycles and lead times.

This is the first of a number of planned events designed at spreading the word of the Programme and ‘the art of the possible’ when combining existing sector skills with emerging technologies. Specifically focused at retailer engagement the event will cover how retailers can engage with the Programme with an emphasis on digital innovations to impact lead times, sustainability & waste.
