Fashion Marketing Symposium: The Changing Fashion Consumer

Fashion consumer behaviour is constantly evolving. This symposium, hosted by the University of Leeds School of Design, in partnership with FMCd and the Academy of Marketing, will present some of the latest research in fashion marketing, focusing on two of the key drivers of change in the industry: sustainability and digital technology.
Kirsi Niinimäki: Associate Professor, Fashion Research, Aalto University
Kirsi’s research interest is in sustainable fashion and textile design, strategic sustainable design, circular economy and redirective design which leads to sustainable consumption.
Delia Vazquez: Senior Lecturer in Retail Marketing, University of Manchester
Delia’s current research Interests include the Fashion Online Selling Environment and Digital Marketing techniques used in fashion including blogging.
